Once you know you have all the correct cabinet sizes. You're ready to order. You pay and we get to work. We start assembling your new cabinets and can deliver curbside typically in under 10 days.
We deliver curbside. So make sure you have help to bring the cabinets in. We do a quality control check at delivery to insure everything looks good.

Limited 12 Month Warranty
We warrant to the original consumer purchases that 10 Day Cabinets, cabinets, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal user and service for twelve months (Proof of Purchase is required). This warranty is not transferable and only applicable to product user for residential purposes. Representatives of 10 Day Cabinets do not have the authority to change or enlarge this by warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage or defects caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, lack of necessary maintenance or acts of God; nor does it cover alteration, modification, improper installation, improper handling / storage, environmental conditions, nor any labor expenses.
10 Day Cabinets, at our option, may elect to repair or replace with a functionally equivalent any 10 Day Cabinets product covered by this warranty. Some replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from original parts received. Return of defective product may be required for a replacement to be issued. Repair parts or replacement parts are at the expense of 10 Day Cabinets, but customer shall bear all other expenses. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, cost of removal and re-installation of product, labor expenses, etc.
The variation in color and grain pattern in wood adds to its natural beauty and is not considered an imperfection. Environmental factors, including but not limited to artificial / natural light, moisture, cleaners, smoke, etc., may cause the darkening or mellowing of a cabinet over time. This is a natural process and can be expected. This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening / mellowing of wood color, the inherent growth characteristics of, or variation in wood.
Some of the cabinet lines feature a glazed finish which accentuates the door and drawer front profiles. This glaze is hand applied over a stain or paint and may, due to the nature of application, consist of random drips, runs, etc. As glazing is a hand applied process there will be variations in color and appearance from door to door and cabinet to cabinet. This is not considered a defect and is considered normal with hand applied finishes. It is the nature of wood to expand and contract to varying degrees depending on climate conditions. As a result, cabinet lines with painted surfaces may show fractures in the paint at joints. This is normal and is not considered a defect.
This warranty is valid only in the United States of America and is not transferable. All implied warranties are limited in duration to the shorter of the period provided by law or the period of this warranty. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty excludes special, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
No, but that does not stop you from having a qualified carpenter modify your cabinets.
Our lead time varies depending on the amount of orders we our processing. Generally, it takes around 1-2 weeks for us to assemble and deliver your cabinets.
Please note, returns after 10 days of receipt will be subject to approval, depending on the elapsed time and condition of returned items.
If you return an item that is offered with free shipping, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. In addition, a restocking fee will be applicable to most items returned. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Our intention is to ensure your item picks or delivers in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that some items of your order damaged when you picked or delivered we will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
In some cases you may be required to provide photos in order to fulfill your replacement requests. Photos are generally requested to confirm the extent of damages for the manufacturer to determine if replacement parts or a full unit replacement is required.
If a full replacement unit is sent, the original item becomes the property of 10 Day Cabinets. Occasionally we may pick up the damaged or defective items for inspection. Because of this, all items should be kept in their original packaging until further instructions from 10 Day Cabinets are given.
If you decide not to pursue replacements, your order can still be returned and credit will be issued to your account or your original payment method.
It is very important that the actual customer who placed the order be present to inspect the item and sign the delivery document.
It is the customer’s responsibility to notate all and any problems with the order at time of delivery. If the issues with the delivery are not properly noted on the shipping document, we may not be able to offer a satisfactory solution.

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a limited period of time in which your order can be canceled. 10mDay Cabinets is only able to accept cancellation requests via phone and email. Please follow the directions below to submit a cancellation request.
**All cancellations will be confirmed in writing: if you have not received an email confirmation, your order has not been canceled. 10 Day Cabinets is unable to cancel an order once it has delivered or been assembled for delivery.
If we are unable to cancel your order as requested, you may return the product under our Standard Return Policy. If your order has successfully been canceled, 10 Day Cabinets will process the refund back to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
